Those hooked on Titanfall’s steely method of first-person action should notice changes happening seamlessly without the traditional update process. Instantly notable in Titanfall’s first update are the point differences, with Attrition raised to 300 required points for a win (up from 250), reduced flag capture points, and defensive Hardpoint holds are worth less. These have the effect of raising match time across each mode, meaning less lobby time.
Exploits have been cut off as well including a Burn Card which can create multiple bonuses even when unearned. Mild gun touch up has rebalanced damage outputs (Smart Pistols do less damage if not locked onto a Pilot), and Arc Grenades no longer ruin the vision of friendly pilots.
These are updates are live now and you will notice them the next time you play.
