Ninja Gaiden 3 is the first Tecmo/Koei title to feature an online pass, but it looks like they’re trying to sweeten the deal to make it all worthwhile. No word on when the DLC is due, but when it comes, free weapons and maps for all!
The odd four-on-four brawling for multiplayer will be beefed up with two new maps, one in a desert, and another in a submarine… because what’s better for melee brawling than containing it to a tube, right?
Killing machine Ryu Hayabusa will gain access to (apparently) single player weapons in the form of the scythe and claws found in prior games. Note that only the default sword is available in the campaign as it stands.
